It's hard to put a proper title on this role. The closest is "Front-end engineer with UX design skills". But in reality, we need someone to join our team who:

gives a shit about the product, its users, and their pains;
questions everything;
discusses ideas with the team and breaks them down into actionable frontend tasks;
writes docs and sketches wireframes to review UI solutions (that's the UX part);
writes frontend code using our existing library of React components (that's the FE part);
integrates backend work from other team members;
owns the result: listens to user feedback, iterates toward greatness, fixes bugs.
