Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging, user-friendly web interfaces that align with customer needs and business goals.
- Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to bring products to life.
- Contribute to the entire product development cycle, from initial concept through deployment and iteration.
- Build and maintain scalable and maintainable front-end systems with a focus on user experience.
- Ensure a seamless, responsive experience across various platforms and devices.
- Continuously improve performance, accessibility, and functionality of our interfaces.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a front-end engineer, preferably at a reputable startup.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and Python, with a demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies.
- Experience in building sophisticated, intuitive, and user-friendly web applications.
- Ability to design and implement effective and scalable user interfaces that prioritize customer experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.

Interview Process:
- Phone Screen – Get to know each other and discuss your experience.
- Technical First Round – Assess your technical skills and problem-solving approach.
- (Sometimes) Technical Second Round – Further assess your technical abilities and collaboration style.
- Final Round Work Deliverable – Collaborate on a project similar to our day-to-day work. This helps us understand how you solve problems and execute tasks in a real-world setting. The deliverable may be paid.
