Job Summary

As a Junior Frontend Developer at Eeze Malta, you will be part of a dynamic team developing cross-browser web applications for the gaming industry. You'll work with technologies such as TypeScript, React, Redux, and MUI while learning from experienced developers. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in developing frontend applications using React and TypeScript for our gaming products
• Learn and contribute to our modular frontend architecture
• Collaborate with senior developers to understand and implement UI/UX designs
• Help maintain existing codebases and participate in code reviews to improve your skills
• Support testing and debugging of web applications
• Document your work and adhere to team coding standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Basic knowledge of React and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
• Eagerness to learn and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of programming principles (OOP, functional programming)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API)
• Familiarity with UI component libraries (MUI, Styled Components)
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and how to interact with them
• Some experience with Agile methodologies
• Interest in the gaming industry
