Job Description

Title: Front-End Web Developer

Location: Chapel Hill, North Carolina Onsite

Duration: 5 Months+

Required Skills

  • Web development fundamentals, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Understanding of different Content Management Systems (CMSs) such as WordPress, Joomla, and Squarespace
  • Understands UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards
  • Working knowledge of graphic design
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility of new features
  • Creates solutions for identified problems or bugs.
  • Provide clear and continuous communication with TTCF staff regarding deliverables and stages of the project
  • Flexibility and willingness to designing the work as needs and information develop and arise
  • Experience working in food systems or the non-profit sector is not required, but a plus
