Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience with front-end frameworks, full-stack development, or API development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.

In this position, you will be supporting the future of the front-end systems which our customers directly interact with to help keep our products top of market in our industry.
Applied AI builds conversational agents deployed at a large scale that achieve very meaningful results in the real world. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve customer-facing software designed for the financial services industry, including secure, reliable, and available applications.
- Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
- Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on service operations and quality.
