N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking a Front-End Web Developers to support our National Institute of Nursing Research client providing web development support including website design, content updates, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will identify and troubleshoot front-end issues and implement effective solutions, collaborate with NINR staff and back-end developers to complete projects. This position is contingent upon passing a government suitability test.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provides technical experience needed to perform analyses, processing and user support of various computer systems using standard statistical procedures and techniques
• Interface with staff as needed to gather project requirements, develop project plan with web team, and help execute the plan
• Provide project management guidance and assistance to specific projects and activities
• Design, develop, document, analyze, create, test, and modify computer systems, programs, and integrations
• Support and maintain scientific computer systems including hardware, operating systems, and associated services in high-performance computing environment
• Produces various reports, graphs, and figures for presentation
• Trains users in applying systems and analysis methods
• Maintains interface software between multiple computer environments to ensure smooth operation and communication
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, communication technologies, or related discipline
• Experienced and well-versed in the following software: JavaScript, CSS3, Acquia Cloud, GitHub, HTML5, Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams and Planner), Good Suite (including Analytics, Tag Manage, Search Console, and Looker Studio), and JIRA
• Certifications in web applications and experience in website development, webpage design, web-based scripting languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and web graphics files and standards
• Holds a strong background in federal projects and an understanding of government systems and compliance standards
• U.S. Citizenship required
