Front-End Software Engineer

We are looking for a Front-End Engineer to join our Engineering team and serve as a leader in the development of our engineering, operations, and data-focused initiatives. This person will support the development and implementation of user interface components that ensure smooth, responsive design across various platforms. You’ll work alongside experienced front-end engineers, back-end developers, and UX/UI designers to help build engaging, user-friendly web experiences. Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, maintenance, and improvement of web applications, websites, and mobile-friendly interfaces under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement user-facing features and ensure that design specifications are translated accurately into functional interfaces.
• Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and services that support interactive and dynamic front-end experiences.
• Contribute to optimizing applications for usability, performance, and responsiveness while maintaining security and HIPAA compliance standards.
• Participate in team meetings and code reviews, and contribute to project planning and solution discussions.
• Help troubleshoot front-end issues and assist in resolving bugs with support from more senior developers.
• Continuously learn and stay current with evolving front-end tools, frameworks, and best practices in modern web development.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years experience as a front-end developer or similar role utilizing various programming languages/frameworks including Typescript, React, React Native, Nextjs.
• Experience building and deploying React Native applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including managing the submission process and app updates.
• Ability to think outside of the box and bring creative solutions and improvements to our operations.
• A collaborative work style and strong communication skills, and the desire to work in a highly team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  
  

Salary Range

$130-145k - commensurate with experience/location
