About The Role
We’re looking for a talented Frontend Engineer with strong experience in both Flutter and ReactJS to join the team at Fleek.
You will collaborate closely with our CTO to achieve our technical goals. Our small, agile, and fast-moving team offers a unique opportunity to learn a great deal in the exciting AI space while developing an innovative platform. The hiring process is supported by Apexive.
In this role, you’ll develop sleek, responsive web and mobile apps that deliver seamless user experiences. You’ll collaborate across design, backend, and product teams to bring ideas to life — with a heavy focus on usability, speed, and cutting-edge features like dynamic UI and AI integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain mobile apps with Flutter (iOS & Android)
- Create fast, responsive web apps with ReactJS and modern JavaScript
- Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, consistent UI across platforms
- Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs with clean, modular code
- Optimize performance for speed, scalability, and accessibility
- Enhance UI with AI-driven features like personalization and dynamic content
- Collaborate closely with designers and backend devs
- Participate in code reviews and CI/CD workflows
- Troubleshoot and fix frontend issues for smooth user experience
Must Have
- Degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in frontend development
- Flutter (with Provider, Riverpod, or similar state management)
- ReactJS (with Redux or Context API)
- JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, responsive design
- REST and GraphQL integration
- Experience turning Figma (or similar) designs into live interfaces
- Solid Git skills and understanding of Agile workflows
- Must-have: Experience with AI features like chatbots, personalized content, or dynamic UI
- Strong grasp of performance techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, caching)
Nice to Have
- TypeScript
- Real-time features with WebSockets
- Backend familiarity (Node.js, Django, etc.)
- Cloud deployment (AWS, Firebase)
- Open-source contributions or strong portfolio of work
