Frontend Developer

Purpose

We’re seeking a UI-focused frontend engineer to own the mobile user experience of our responsive web application. Your primary responsibility will be crafting polished, intuitive, and high performance mobile UIs. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and mobile developers to deliver an outstanding user experience.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about building beautiful, functional interfaces who has a strong sense of ownership and is willing to dive into any area necessary to continually improve our products.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the UI of our mobile application
• Implement and refine responsive designs to create engaging user experiences
• Collaborate closely with design and development teams to bring concepts to life
• Continuously improve the visual polish, usability, and performance of the app
• Participate in defining UI best practices and design patterns within the team
• Stay curious and experiment with new tools to improve productivity
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• 2+ years building responsive frontends with strong fundamentals in web technologies
• Ability to design and implement complex interactions that feel seamless on mobile devices
• Excellent eye for detail, aesthetics, and user experience
• Ability to work seamlessly with designers and engineers to translate concepts into reality
• Comfortable learning new technologies and contributing across the stack when needed
• Openness to experimenting with and adopting emerging tools to streamline tasks and foster innovation
  
  

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Android or iOS UI development
• Familiarity with backend integration concepts and interfaces
• Background in design or substantial experience partnering with design teams
• Familiarity with UI animation, accessibility, and performance optimization
  
  

Salary & Benefits

The estimated hiring salary range for this position is $130,000-$160,000. The actual salary will be based on a variety of job-related factors, including geography, skills, education and experience. The range is a good faith estimate and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a range of benefits including medical, dental and 401K retirement plan.
