Front End Engineer

About The Role

We’re hiring a founding Front-end Engineer to lead the development of our core UI and product interfaces. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our platform, building scalable and performant front-end systems, and setting the tone for our engineering culture. This is a hands-on role for someone excited to work at the intersection of product, design, and engineering in a fast-moving startup environment.

Work Arrangement: This is a 5-day onsite role. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own the core UI components and front-end architecture of our product.
• Translate product and design concepts into polished, production-ready experiences.
• Ensure our application is fast, accessible, and responsive across devices.
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to rapidly iterate on features.
• Contribute to technical direction and establish best practices as part of the founding team.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in front-end development (React/TypeScript preferred).
• Proven ability to build performant, scalable UIs in production environments.
• Strong product mindset—you care deeply about usability, design quality, and user experience.
• Comfortable working in an early-stage, high-ownership environment.
• Bonus: Experience in startups, high-growth companies, or shipping 0→1 products.
