What You’ll Do:
As a Frontend Engineer at Conrad, you’ll take ownership of complex user interfaces and product features across both React and React Native. You'll work closely with product and backend teams to ship performant, well-organized code and contribute to core decisions around architecture, state management, and data flow.
Required Qualifications:
- Frontend development experience - Ideally across both web and mobile platforms
- React and React Native - Strong proficiency in both frameworks
- Modern state management - Deep experience with TanStack React Query, Zustand, and contemporary state management patterns
- Mobile development - Experience with Expo SDK 51+ and React Native 72+
- Development tools - Familiarity with Vite and modular code organization
- Version control - Strong knowledge of GitHub, PR flows, and GitHub Actions
- Cloud integration - Experience integrating with AWS services, particularly Amplify
- Generalist mindset - Comfortable tackling diverse technical challenges with a growth-oriented, problem-solving approach
Nice To Have:
- Exposure to PostgreSQL or relational database systems
- Experience with agentic AI workflows or AI integrations
- Familiarity with component-based widget systems
- Animation experience with react-native-reanimated and/or React Motion

In compliance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 per year.
